Returns Policy
Return Policy:
14-Day Money Back Return for all stock items, from date of receipt. Items should be in original condition. Please request an RMA number which will include where to ship information (Different from our corporate address on order). Then return shipment in original packing. Please ship insured in case of breakage. We do not pay return shipping for returns for reasons other than damage or defects. In case of damaged piece, please send us a digital picture to expedite replacement. Otherwise, we may need the item returned to us to inspect and log the damage or problem. UPS and Fedex limit the amount of time to make claims for breakage. Custom items are not returnable. If the piece was damaged, of course we would replace and make every effort for your satisfaction. Exchanges: Let us know of your proposed exchange within 14 days of receipt of of the order. We will cover the exchange shipping cost back to you, if: the exchange order product and shipping total is about the same as the original totals (Just add the exchange pieces into the shopping cart to see). Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google, Money Order Personal and cashier's checks are acceptable. Orders are not shipped until personal checks clear our bank. These cannot be used for International Shipping Shipping Policy:
US Shipping Costs: We charge the average cost of shipping and handling ($7.50 per mug/small piece, $2.50 for each additional mug/small piece from the same artist). We take special care to package our pieces carefully to minimize breakage. Larger pieces are slightly more but same pricing structure. Each artist piece generally ships separately. Ordering same artist pieces will help to minimize your shipping cost. Shipping Carriers: We use UPS, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service, depending upon the piece. We try to accommadate special shipping requests but this may not always be possible. Just add your request to the Order Notes section of the shopping cart, when placing an order or email/call us. We offer discounts on shipping multiple quantities of any Same Artist Pottery. These discounts make buying sets of mugs or pieces very economical. |
