Tara Buddha & Dragon Urn Celadon and Gold Jade Glazes

This Beautiful and Functional Art Piece is to be used for Cremation Memorial Urn and as a special Urn for storage of Treasured or Ceremonial items. This Stoneware Urn on is an original design hand made and hand carved by Mayra, our California ceramic artist. This is one of a kind Urn. Though Mayra will make several Urns of a theme, each Urn is unique and a one of a kind. Each Urn is signed and comes with more biographical information about Mayra. The three photos show the actual piece at differnet angles.

Our potter is a west coaster, making pottery for over 20 years. "As well as designing and handcrafting each piece I also formulate the glazes. In respect to the glazes I love that which is reminiscent of rock; the surface and the colors, while still being functional, and that which feels good to the touch while in use."

Sizing and Details: The lid is a tie down lid with tassles and also can be sealed on by using silicone sealant on the lid at jar contact.
