Butter Rum Oil Burner

How it Works: Your oil candle has a fiberglass wick which will conduct the oil and last many years. (unlike cotton wicking which burns away). Each oil burner is approximately 4 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wide. Fill your oil candle with lamp oil ( found at the hardware store ) and soak your wick. You need to pull wick thru bead and soak both ends in lamp oil for 5 minutes - this is priming the wick. Then, pull the wick back thru the bead till you have about 1/8 inch showing and light the wick ( one end will be in the oil candle). You will see black smoke and while holding the bead pull the wick down further until there is no black smoke ( much the same way you adjust a kerosene lamp).
