The Rutile and Temmoku mug is a classic mug shape with a unique thin lip, which makes for comfortable sipping. (Click on pic above for larger view). This glaze combination produces a variety blue, brown, white, charcoal with more tones and intensities in between. Each mug is approximagely 9-11 ounces (small), 3 1/2" high, 3" in diameter (4 1/4 with handle). This mug is Microwave/Dishwasher/Oven/Food Safe and uses lead-free glazes. These are high-fired stoneware (2345 degrees, Cone 10) for maximum durability. As with all hand crafted pottery the coloring and size will vary from piece to piece, making each piece a one-of-a-kind.
