Our Caramel Mug is an earthy brown and tan glazed mug. This a smaller The mug holds around 10 ounces of your favorite beverage. The mugs are approximately 4 inches in height and 2 3/4 inches in diameter at the opening. This mug has a tapered mouth and wide bottom, making it great as a travel mug as well. As with all handcrafted, wheel thrown pottery, the color and size will vary some with each piece...making each piece unique! Each mug is lead-free and microwave/dishwasher/food safe. ARTIST/PIECES: Barry has been making pots at his shop in North Carolina since 1973. North Carolina red clay produces a caramel color. All pots are salt fired to cone 10 which gives a hard durable finish. Salt tends to reveal clay at its rawest and finest.
