This colorful, totally handcrafted Bird Feeder onderful gift! Each bird feeder is made from clay slabs ( Porcelain) cut into pieces, then pieced together like a patch work quilt. These are squirrel proof and include a braided metal cable, ready to hang! Each feeder comes with an easy-to-fill funnel, to fill the feeder. The feeder is designed for smaller birds such as wrens, chickadees and house finches with a perch on both sides! The perches are made of clay as well.
These bird feeders are approximately 8-9 inches in diameter, weighing about 3 pounds and are high fired at 2350 degrees
for durability. This design is the Blue Green glaze color. There is 1 other color available (Iron Ash of blue, tan & browns)...you can see them by clicking on "Same Artist Pottery" link below. As with all handcrafted pottery, the size and color vary slightly from piece to piece. This a lead-free pottery designed for year around outdoor use.
