This is a unique, footed bowl with a beautiful Sedona Moon glaze. The three pictures above are variations in the same glaze. (Click on pic above for larger view). Great for pasta, salad or cereal or display. Each bowl is approximately 9 1/2 inches in diameter and 5 inches in height. These are high-fired, stoneware pieces (2300 + degrees, Cone 10) for maximum durability. Each piece is lead free, dishwasher and microwave safe. As with all hand crafted pottery the coloring and size will vary from piece to piece, making each piece a one-of-a-kind. Our potter, Mayra, is a west coaster, making pottery for over 20 years. "As well as designing and handcrafting each piece I also formulate the glazes. In respect to the glazes I love that which is reminiscent of rock; the surface and the colors, while still being functional, and that which feels good to the touch while in use."
