This page lists out all available dinnerware options, in all glazes offered by our potter (Lucious Lilac, Fire and Lavendar, Very Red, Teal Persuasion, Jade Sky and Blueberries and Creme). This page is designed for made to order, orders. You simply select the pieces you want below, change the quanity of each piece in the shopping cart; and choose the glaze color you want each piece in (below). If you don't see a piece you wish, just ask us and we can make it for you. A great dinnerware set brings a lifetime of enjoyment!
Discounts: The discount structure is based on the number of pieces you purchase. Once 8 items is reached, your shipping is typically free (paid for by the discount).
- 2 Items = 5% discount
- 4 Items = 10% discount
- 8 Items = 15% discount
Delivery Time:
- An entire dinnerware set generally takes 4-10 weeks
- Smaller orders are usually quicker, in stock, or 2-5 weeks
- Once we know exactly what you wish, we'll provide estimate
Deposits and Payments: For any order over $300, we require a 50% deposit on your order. The balance is billed when the order is completed, just before shipping. After you make your order, select check as your method of payment. We'll talk to you on the telephone and retrieve your credit card information to debit your 50% deposit. Checks can be used but they will slow the process.
Color Size Variance: All handmade pottery will vary some in color and size. This makes each piece unique and a one-of-a-kind. To give yourself a thorough idea of the variance of this glaze color, we highly recommend looking at all the pictures of the pieces availalble in this glaze. In addition, you may wish to purchase returnable piece. The size variance is rarely a problem. The size should be within 12% of the stated size. Pottery shrinks when fired. Any special notes, special usage ideas about a glaze are listed in the Special notes section below.
Gaurantee Returns: You can return any stock piece (non-custom) from up to 14 days from receipt. A 10% restocking fee will apply to the return. If you just wish to exchange a piece, no restocking fee applies. You would just pay the difference and applicable shipping charge only. Custom made pieces are not returnable. Any pieces that arrive broken, that are reported promptly (in 3 business days from receipt on the tracking number), we simply replace the piece, at our expense.
