6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
International Refund Policy: Everything shipped is insured and will be tracked by the shipping carrier. All pieces are signed for by customer which are proof of delivery. If a piece breaks, you can have another reshipped with no cost to you, except for the domestic (US) shipping charge on your original invoice. You must email us a clear digital picture of any damaged piece to be credited. Due to natural variation of handcrafted pottery and the expense of International shipping, all sales are final.
